There are a good variety of forums, but it isn't clear where personal finance topics that don't fit into the categories should go. E.g,. ones about banking like a recent question of mine.
I think such posts are "on topic" here but they don't have an obvious home. Perhaps the "Under the mattress" board's scope should be expanded to include them?
