Two strange things with this. First, the ?sid= portion should never be bookmarked, it is a temporary session ID. Second, I know of no path from the server end that should take you from http://www.financialwisdomforum.org to http://www.financialwebring.org. I'm starting to suspect something local to your machine. Do you use a password manager of the remember form fields in your browser? Do you have your FWF credentials stored in the password manager?brucecohen wrote:I have to log in every time. Running Vista and Chrome. Here's what I've done, to no avail.
1. Deleted board cookies
2. Went to http://www.financialwisdomforum.org/ and then to forum index. Bookmarked it. Have done this several times. Each time the bookmark registered http://www.financialwebring.org/forum/index.php?sid=1ae87c24da55a98aa705a38224ffb4f0
The fact that the login info is already filled indicates something in your browser it getting involved.3. Bookmarked http://www.financialwisdomforum.org/. Went to another site and then back. Clicked on forum. Again had to log on in order to post.
Every time I've gone to the forum index page it has already included my login info. Each time I checked Remember Me and hit Login. The system seems to remember me but does not automatically log me in.
The proper bookmark for the forum should be http://www.financialwisdomforum.org/forum.
Since you are having trouble with them, I'd suggest marking them all except the most recent one and then deleting them. This may force you to login the next time, but with the proper bookmark and checking the "Remember me" at login it should keep you logged in.I don't understand what Manage "Remember Me" login keys is and how it's supposed to be used.
