You can bet if Carney drops the BOC rate further on Mar 3, there will be continued decreases across the board. It is anyone's guess who has what rates when. They are virtually identical in terms of their attributes. Both are insured by CDIC up to $100K. Both have 1 day settlement. Both have $1k minimum purchase at TDWH. DYN500 can be traded online, but MIP510 is only traded by phone at TDWH.
