Manulife One Banking and Mortgage Account

This one is new to me, does anyone have any experience this this type of banking/mortgage account and can provide any pros and cons?

It's been many years since I thought about Manulife One and my hazy memory recalls that there was an issue with hard-to-understand fees. Here are some explanatory articles a google search found. They were published several years ago so you'll have to determine if they're still relevant in today's banking environment.\

Some previous FWF discussion can be found in Manulife One. I have no experience with their products.
