Hi,
I've recently opened an account with Internaxx in Luxembourg. I can't seem to find a reliable source that tells me about the tax implications of investing here. Does Luxembourg levy capital gains or a dividend withholding tax on such accounts? do I need to file anything with the Luxembourg government for tax purposes? I'm a Canadian living in Europe, but outside Luxembourg.
Thanks!

Are you still a "deemed resident" of Canada for tax purposes?
Google is your friend. Here are some references I found very quickly:

If these and other sites do not answer your questions, you will likely need professional help. I will refrain from commenting on why you are asking this after opening an account there.
