I have kept a copy of the PDF and Kindle versions. Here are links to copies of these two files: For those with a Kobo reader, it's pretty easy to convert the Kindle version into a standard EPUB file using the Calibre open-source software.

There's no need to install Calibre in order to convert to e-pub.
I use http://www.online-convert.com/ for this.
Many other conversions are available.
