It's been at least 3 days now that iShares Canada tickers have been broken. XIC.TO as example with no data.

In the last few days Yahoo has had an error (No such ticker symbol) on their pages but downloads to a spreadsheet worked properly.
Today downloads show yesterday's closing price

That works for me as well, but XIU.TO, XSP.TO do not

I posted a note on Ask Yahoo and a Y!Finance support person picked it up... Seems to be all fixed now for all securities which weren't working.

I noticed this too.

All stocks except TSX Comp have been fixed in the last 10 minutes

Based on Yahoo Finance gets more personalized with redesign for web and iOS | The Verge and subtle changes that I've been noticing on My Yahoo! we probably should be ready for more problems to surface.

From the horse's mouth, Your favorite things in one awesome place, the new My Yahoo | Yahoo. I've taken a quick look (partially because My Yahoo on an iPad uses the new interface) and I'm not impressed. Too much focus on eye candy and therefore much harder to actually read/follow content IMHO. Welcome to Web 3.x I guess.

When I go to MY Yahoo to check on stock performances, I am being told that I will be re-directed to the US version soon. I have tried to figure this out, but I am not clear on what that really means.

Yahoo! Finance is acting strangely as well. The interface is a Frankenstein-like amalgamation of a number of iterations of the site. It's not intuitive. At least not to me. I'm doing my best to adapt.

I don't really get it either. It's a bunch of boiler plate blah, blah, blah. Why not just tell us what the heck is going on.

They say:
----------------------------------------------------

Thank you for using My Yahoo. To help focus our efforts on core Yahoo product experiences, we will discontinue My Yahoo by March 24, 2014 and redirect you to ca.yahoo.com. You can still access the US version at my.yahoo.com.

At Yahoo, we are focused on making the world’s daily habits inspiring and entertaining. More than ever, that means focusing on our core products and experiences. To that end, effective March the 24th, 2013, My Yahoo is shutting down.

If you want to transfer your current My Yahoo settings, you are able to do so signing up on the Yahoo.com site. Many of your applications will migrate to the US experience. However you won’t be able to transfer a small number of them. To fully understand the My Yahoo experience on the US site, useful articles can be found here.

Thank you for using My Yahoo!

-----------------------------------------------------

They say the present My Yahoo link will redirect you to ca.yahoo.com, but my present My Yahoo link already goes to http://ca.my.yahoo.com/, so I don't really understand the change.

This morning I discovered that you can, in fact, add a Canadian mutual fund to your Yahoo stock portfolio, using the Morningstar fund number with .TO appended. For example, PH&N HYB "D" is F0CAN05NJ4.TO . However, the fund price will not download correctly.

Mine seem correct this morning (surprisingly!)

FYI when I view the portfolio on the screen it will generally flash (refresh) a couple of seconds later. Occasionally there are discrepancies e.g. volume goes down or date/time goes backwards.

I guess we're talking about two different things.

If I execute a simple 4 stock download you can see that the result is up to date.
