If I used my RBC direct investing to invest in other banks investment savings accounts (such as dyn500) would the 100k cdic fall under RBC or Dundee?

Hello fellow investors, my first post is a question i haven't been able to figure out from Googling
If i were to hold PM-N in my TFSA, would I be subject to a full 15% withholding tax? or just on the US profits? A few posts above has me confused because i thought it would be 15% for sure. If i were to hold KO-N in my TFSA as well, would this also bear a full 15% withholding tax on the dividends? thanks for any help
