Re: What did you buy? What might you buy? (2011)
I have just sold some naked puts on Teck. My objective is to acquire the stock at a lower price. If the stock doesn't come down in price. I will simply write the naked puts again.

you made reference in a prior post that you reviewed CIBC bond list.
Is this priviledge information? Im a client of CIBC and have never been given access.
How would I go about gaining access to this list.
Thank you

Re: Weed Control where Pesticides are Banned
Apparently , Scotts have come up with a product called Weed b gone. This product is very good at killing weeds in grass. It has received the blessings of all the provincial governments. Has anyone tried this product? Does stand up to all the hype?

I dont disagree with anything you said . However, as i said previously .
You have to take a long hard look at the relationship with the major shareholder Enbridge. Enbridge gets a big chunk of the distributions and and all the repair work on the tanks. In addition to benefiting from the sale of natural gas.
Enbridge will ensure the viability of CWI as well as ensure that the distribution will continue . I do agree that the amount of the distributions will probably be reduced in the future.

One point that has not been discussed here is the role that Enbridge plays in the life of Consumers Water Heaters.
Enbridge gets distributions as well as all the maintenance work on the rental products.
Come 2011 Enbridge could take Cosumers Water heaters back into the Enbridge domain at possibly much lower prices than it sold it for if the current prices prevail.
Therefore Enbridge has a vested interest to keep Consumers Water Heaters viable.
This could ensure the viability of Consumers in my opinion
